GoodBank is the mobile banking app of Rural Bank of Silay City. It is available for both Android and iOS devices and provides convenient access to services like money transfers, bills payment and more.

The GoodBank mobile app is currently in Beta, with the official launch set for the second half of 2023.

If you would like to sign up for early access and join the beta test, email your name and mobile number to info@goodtech.ph. A customer service representative will reach out to you with instructions on how to download and install the beta app.

GoodSave is a type of deposit account with Rural Bank of Silay City. It is available exclusively through the GoodBank mobile app. When you create a GoodBank account, your GoodSave account will be automatically created. With a GoodSave account, you can enjoy these benefits:

• No opening or minimum maintaining balance requirements
• Convenient cash in and money transfer options
• Easy monitoring of all your transaction via the app

GoodSave accounts earn 1% interest for a minimum of P5000. Interest is credited at the end of the quarter.

To add funds to your GoodSave account:

• Log in to your GoodBank mobile app
• Tap the Cash in button
• Select your cash in method from the dropdown menu - you can cash in from another bank, from an e-wallet or at one of our over-the-counter partners.
• Enter the amount you want to cash in
• You will be automatically redirected to your selected bank or e-wallet website. For over-the-counter transactions, instructions will be provided.
• Follow the steps to complete your transaction
• A confirmation message will appear once the transaction is complete

To transfer money out of your GoodSave account:

• Log in to your GoodBank mobile app
• Tap the Transfer Money icon on the dashboard
• Enter the account name you wish you transfer to
• Select the bank or e-wallet 
• Enter the account or mobile number
• Enter the transfer amount
• Tap the Next button to review the transaction details
• Tap the Confirm button to complete your transaction
• A confirmation message will appear once the transaction is complete
